She has been involved in property development and construction projects domestically and worldwide, ranging from large scale commercial, industrial, healthcare, leisure and retail developments through to residential apartments and sub-divisions. Having worked on projects directly alongside engineers and project managers, Karen understands the commercial and practical issues relating to a project, as well as the technical legal issues.

He is an MBA and holds Directorships in Solar Industry, Film and Literary Rights, Property and Construction Advisory businesses. Glenn is always interested in what differentiates winning businesses from those that struggle and continually furthers his understanding of the processes and platforms that set businesses up to make money. Glenn is also the General Manager of Searells, a Canterbury Chartered Accounting and Business Advisory firm.
