Alliott NZ wins Best Small / Medium Business of the Year at Newmarket Business Awards

These were some of the attributes that helped Chartered Accountants Alliott NZ earn a pleasantly unexpected win at the 2022 Newmarket Business Awards.
Director Greg Millar said it was a very good feeling to be recognised as an award winner and an honour that would service well for the future of the firm.
Embracing cloud computing has proven itself during a time of massive disruption as business owners adapt to a ‘new normal’ environment.
Greg Millar said, “We’ve been able to rely on cloud technology to continue serving our clients which has been particularly important during frequent lockdown restrictions and requirements to work remotely away from the normal office environment.”

With increased globalisation, the Alliotts’ workplace experiences the benefits of working within multicultural teams.
“In our case, having a diverse and multicultural team gives us added ability to suit different businesses, especially our international clients,” added Director Vanessa Williams.
“Our team is continually looking at business best practice within New Zealand and also across the APAC region and globally in order to cherry-pick morsels we can utilise with our own clients.”
“Without constant collaboration and insight gained from client and team conversations, we couldn’t have achieved this recognition.”
