At Alliott NZ we are celebrating our clients who have been in business for more than 50 years!
The first of these is Marua Engineering...
Founded in July 1973 by Josef Wieser, this family-owned and run business is now in its second generation of ownership. Josef’s son, Peter Wieser, began working in the business in 1985 and Peter’s wife, Christine, joined in 2000. In 2004, Wieser siblings Peter and Joanna, along with their spouses Christine and Aaron took full ownership of the company.
Marua Engineering is at the forefront of manufacturing and servicing mechanical components, specialising in both new and refurbished parts. Their secret to longevity lies in delivering quality work with quick response times.
The hardest challenge has been maintaining a lean team while consistently meeting high standards and prompt service. For those starting up or with younger businesses, owner Peter Wieser's advice is to hire and retain quality employees, take on challenging projects, engage directly with customers, and ensure your team complements any skill gaps you may have.
As we celebrate the incredible achievements of businesses like Marua Engineering, we’re reminded of the importance of long-term vision and quality service. If you're looking for guidance to help your business thrive for the next 50 years and beyond, contact Alliott NZ today. Let us help you build a legacy of success.
