Electronic Signature for Annual Accounts and Tax Returns

Alliotts is now using electronic signing for annual accounts with the use of CCH Signatures software

Rather than having to manually sign annual accounts, minutes, tax returns or other documents this can now be done through CCH Signatures.

electronic signatureBaked into this platform is a rigorous approach to user identity management and user authentication.

Each signatory needs a separate email address.

When your accounts are ready for signing you will receive an email to create a login which can be used each time you need to sign any of our documents, so please look out for this.

This also enables us to have a paperless and sustainable way to obtain the authorisations necessary for the execution of these documents.

Of course, if you do not have an email address or prefer not to use e-signing then manual signing is still available for you. Just let us know if you have any questions about our electronic signing processes.
