NZ real estate trends

angelaAngela purchased her first property in March 2021, approximately a year after starting her first home buyers’ journey. 

During this year, Angela looked at all different types of property and ultimately decided to buy off the plans, being her best choice. 

Doing so taught Angela a lot during this process and this presentation is a snapshot of her experience with buying off the plans.
