COVID-19 information for Xero users
As Xero is a platform supporting small businesses and their accountants, their first priority during COVID-19 is to ensure that we all stay open and online 24/7 for our customers.
Now has never been a more important time for small businesses to have strong cloud-technology tools that provide clear visibility of cash flow, enabling them to make wise decisions with their advisors.
With customers at the heart of Xero, and with this impacting all Xero's operations around the globe, Xero is delaying the price rise which was set to take effect from 18 March until 1 July 2020. This was the fastest and most immediate way for Xero to provide some broad relief to their users.
This is an unprecedented situation and is evolving rapidly. We will continue to assess the situation as it evolves.
Xero has also released their own blog to show their commitment to their user base.
Hubdoc is Live
Although Xero has delayed the price increase, they have gone ahead with the integration of Hubdoc into every Business Edition. As of 18 March, all Business Edition users will be able to access Hubdoc. A reminder you will need to integrate your Hubdoc account to your own Xero account - just let us know if we can help you with that.
