Karen is a commercial lawyer with extensive contract negotiation experience and a particular interest in property, construction and architecture. She has been involved in property development and construction projects domestically and worldwide, ranging from large scale commercial, industrial, healthcare, leisure and retail developments through to residential apartments and sub-divisions. Having worked on projects directly alongside engineers and project managers, Karen understands the commercial and practical issues relating to a project, as well as the technical legal issues.

He is an MBA and holds Directorships in Solar Industry, Film and Literary Rights, Property and Construction Advisory businesses. Glenn is always interested in what differentiates winning businesses from those that struggle and continually furthers his understanding of the processes and platforms that set businesses up to make money. Glenn is also the General Manager of Searells, a Canterbury Chartered Accounting and Business Advisory firm.

As the Business Manager for Tradeworx, Aimie utilises her systems expertise and understanding of business processes to identify solutions for clients that create efficiencies, provide clarity and offer control back in the business. Aimie has vast experience in configuring and training clients on a number of software packages and believes robust, business management systems go hand in hand with making informed, business decisions and achieving results.
