Since the Penny & Hooper decision by the Supreme Court, have you checked your tax status?

The IRD is now actively reviewing medical and other healthcare businesses providing professional services to determine whether they fall foul of the Penny and Hooper decision. It is reasonable to say they are doing so with a fair amount of rigour and enthusiasm.
